Healthy Hair with Natural Remedies

“All the money in the world can't buy you back good health.”

Reba McEntire

Having received many appreciations over healthy looking hair in spite of the cruel treatments he is subjected to, here are 2 secrets I share with you. One is for the hair, and another one is for your skin. These 2 magic secrets will make you love the time you spent in front of the mirror. If you want to look like 20, although your ID shows 30 - then natural moisturising and frequently is your friend! I use these two treatments as mindfulness sessions to keep myself grounded in the moment.

But, let's talk less and work more:

For a long time I had my hair short or medium - I loved the freedom it gave me! But nothing is sexier than a woman with long braids, that fall in cascades over her shoulders and down her back. So for several years I left my hair to grow, grow, grow! And, like any hair when it's long - dates with scissors must be infrequent, to be pretty. But what do you do with the ends that are in complicated relationships and choose to split? Well…you submit them to couples therapy, and they will remain strong and united. Here is a recipe for this that is extremely simple:

A tablespoon of olive oil, one of coconut oil (butter), another of honey and one egg yolk. If coconut oil is solid, get it into the microwave or put it on the radiator (if Radet blesses you with heat), then put together all ingredients and mix well, well! Once you've washed your hair only with shampoo, dry it gently with a towel (not with hairdryer), put the mix on the bottom of the ridge, making sure you have fully saturated the ends with the paste. Put a cap over and sit 30 minutes! Then give it another normal washing and conditioning. After the job is done, please do not use hot technology on the braids, air dry it.

Now let's move to your face - it's the skin that often becomes your business card - because regardless of the weather outside - it is the first thing you show to the world. So it's best to take care of it. The following recipe is as simple, as it is easy to apply. It is a must to apply it after a deep cleansing and peeling, in order to allow the skin to absorb all the vitamins in.

Half a banana, half an avocado and a table spoon full of olive oil. If you ever take a close look at the structure of avocados fruit you saw that it was extremely creamy - so this will help you get rid of or avoid the fine lines and to fade wrinkles already converted. Banana is rich in vitamin A and it will help you restore your face's lost natural moisture and it will repair damaged, dry, and dull skin. But, now let’s get back to our recipe, combine them all together with a wooden spoon or a fork - then with a cloth around the neck, in order to avoid stains on clothing put the paste on your face and cleavage, except the area around your eyes. Leave it on to react for 10 - 15 minutes, wipe it off your face with a towel soaked in warm water, not cold. If you feel the need to apply some thermal water after the cleansing, you can do it - but for me, the treatment it is quite enough.
