Episode 1 - Coffee Cup

It took almost a year to get this project to a form that I can share. Perfectionism is a hard thing to bare. At one point I realized that I will never feel that it is good enough so a start must happen, and improvement will come.

Note to myself that is work in progress, but in order to have progress you need to start from somewhere.

This is one of my favorite mindfulness practice and it was kind of normal to be the one in the first episode. Let me know how it worked for you :)
