Episode 4 - Self Compassion

I recorded a self-compassion meditation and you can listen to it here. The one that I chose is directed to self and it was created by Helen Weng and her colleagues at the Center for Healthy Minds (CHM) at the University of Wisconsin, Madison. There are many other options and voice and words to be used. Find what is suitable for you and if you feel that my voice cand guide you - be here and play it as often as possible, but not more than 10 minutes per day.
